Our fee structure is intended to be flexible and accommodating to your needs. The following is a general structure based on varying types of needs:


CFO Services


Initial and follow-up meetings and detailed list of deliverables:

2 to 4 hours - No charge

Senior executives provide overview of Company’s history, operating structure, financial history, company objectives and project objectives.


Hourly rate:

The competitive hourly rate will vary according to the length of the project.


Project rate:

Fixed

The project rate will can be fixed according to agreed upon objectives, timetable for completion and estimated time to compete the project. This pricing assures you that your cost will not change.


Retainer:

Negotiable

Clients prefer a trusted long-term relationship at a fraction of the cost. Like an employee, the interim CFO continues to commit to agreed upon objectives and is available to deal with other critical issues as they arise without increasing the costs. Based on a balance of client needs, the amount and length of the project, the retainer can be adjusted to meet your needs.


Equity in lieu of cash:

In unique cases, CFO Hawaii may accept equity in lieu of a portion of cash. The amount of equity will depend on the valuation of the business, its related shares and the likelihood of a liquidity event or funding round.

Recruiting Services


Temporary Assignments

Temporary employees hired through us are employees of the company. As such, we are responsible for paying employer related taxes, payroll processing fees and related insurance. These employees were acquired through advertising, professional affiliations and years of networking. Fees to hire a temporary employee vary according to the scope of the their project. Fees are fully negotiable and will be incorporated into the agreed upon billing rate.

Permanent Placement Fees

Permanent employees hired through CFO Hawaii LLC are free to employees but employers are assessed a fee of 15% of an employee's annual compensation.
